Development Phase Disclaimer: These terms are basic, development-stage terms to govern the testing and pre-release of the RunPlan application. They are not final, lawyer-reviewed terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using RunPlan, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the service.

2. Account and Data Storage

We store your account credentials (hashed passwords, email addresses) and profile settings to customize your schedule. You agree to provide accurate registration information.

3. No Medical or Coaching Advice

RunPlan provides general event schedules, activity tracking, and prediction logs for convenience. The service does not provide medical, coaching, or training advice. Please consult a health professional before starting any intensive training schedule.

4. Event and Public Calendar Data

Event details and schedules on RunPlan may be compiled from public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for cancellation, route changes, or schedule inaccuracies of external events.

5. Strava Integration

We only import activity data after you explicitly authorize and connect your Strava account. You may disconnect your Strava account at any time via your Connector settings.

6. Account Termination

You may request account and data deletion at any time by visiting the Support page.

Privacy Policy

Development Phase Disclaimer: This privacy policy covers the pre-release testing phase of the RunPlan application. It is not a final, lawyer-reviewed policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect and store your account registration details (username, display name, email address, password hash, preferred theme color) and profile metadata (first name, last name, biography, avatar image).

2. Strava Integration Data

If you choose to connect your Strava account, we import activity details (distance, time, sport type, elevation, heart rate, gear names, and GPS route polylines) to render maps and training stats. We do not write to or edit your Strava account data.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal or training data. Data is stored in secure database instances for application features only.

4. Disconnecting and Deleting Data

You can disconnect Strava at any time. To request full deletion of your profile, account, and all imported training history, please visit the Support page.
